Terms and conditions

• The following are the terms and conditions for the Ruckus promotional campaign, ‘Get $20 Ruckus petrol money when you refer a friend to one of our new locations’.

• To be eligible for the $20 Ruckus petrol money, simply refer a friend to Ruckus and have them make their first fuel purchase at either Ruckus Armidale or Ruckus Castlereagh, during the period 8 November 2022 and 6 December 2022 inclusive.

• We will then send you a digital Ruckus branded Vault-Pays enabled Digital Mastercard® with $20 loaded on the card. This card will arrive to your nominated phone number in 10 working days. This card can be loaded as a payment card into the Ruckus app or used for the purchase of convenience goods at participating Ruckus locations. • An eligible fuel transaction is a single transaction made by the person you have referred from 08 November - 06 December 2022 for an amount of $20 or more.

• The terms “use Ruckus for the first time” and “first fuel purchase” means the very first fuel purchase for that Ruckus member using the Ruckus app.  Earlier fuel transactions made under a different Ruckus account but on the same device, or an account with the same phone number, username, email or credit card will render the fuel transaction in question a subsequent fuel transaction (and not not first time use).

• Only fuel purchases at the Ruckus location in Armidale and/or Castlereagh will be considered valid.

• Offer commences on 08 November 2022 and expires at midnight on 06 December 2022.

• Offer only available to those who are Ruckus members (including one month free trial members but excluding those on a permanent or annual free membership eg participating site store staff) at the time of the eligible fuel purchase and at the time the cash back payment is processed.

• The term “refer a friend” means a third party joins Ruckus as a member during the offer period of 08 November - 06 December, 2022 and enters the referring member’s unique referral code on sign up. Only new members are counted, being individuals who have not previously held membership of Ruckus (whether using the same account, device, phone number, username, email address or credit card).

• The $20 reward offer may be redeemed for each new member referred and who meets the requirements of the offer. However, the total aggregate value of all reward offers redeemed cannot exceed the value of fuel purchased by the persons who have been referred during the offer period of 08 November - 06 December, 2022.
